6 Questions for Self-Inquiry on a Full Moon

The journal questions below can be reflected upon regardless of where the full moon may or may not be located amongst the stars. The full moon intention is to create ritual—it is not necessary to work outside of your own personal understanding of the moon to benefit from this practice.

Be gentle to the shadows that will present themselves and be patient if insight takes time. I suggest reading the questions, options, and invitations from start to finish to prepare your space before starting your practice.

Come back to these questions again and again for the most benefit. If you would like to practice this ritual in community, check out this event.
