Yosemite Summer Sunset Practice
Come as you are and join me for a peaceful, guided class in Yosemite National Park at sunset to honor the close of summer through breath, movement, journaling, and stillness. This is a gentle, donation-based yoga class open to all levels.

Work-trade is an exchange of services or offerings in place of payment. I offer yoga teaching in return for the unique gifts others bring—whether in wellness, beauty, art, music, vintage or handmade goods and clothing, or professional services such as medical support for personal care, legal or marketing guidance for business needs, or simply a shared exchange of yoga practice.
